Satisfaction Survey:

After completion, each of our customers receive a Project Satisfaction Survey Form from our Customer Service Department along with their warranty. This form helps us ensure that we are doing everything possible to make the LONG LIFE installation experience trouble free. As an added bonus, with each survey that is returned or filled in at our Customer Survey page we make a donation to the CKNW Orphan's Fund in the customer's name. That's our way of saying thanks.
