The Silensia 700 Series sliding patio door system is constructed of thermal efficient, multi-hollow chambered, precision- engineered PVC profiles. These air chambers provide you with a very high resistance to the transfer of heat and cold. They keep the weather where it belongs...outside, saving you money on your heating and cooling bills. Since PVC resists the effects of weather, it is virtually “maintenance free”. It will not rot, rust, corrode, pit, or blister under normal use. The doors are available in two, three, and four panel configurations. A wide variety of energy-smart glazing options are available as well as decorative grills and French Door Kick Panels. All doors have 3 locking systems and sliding screens.

Heavy Duty Frames:

Strong and deep multi-chambered profiles offer greater thermal efficiency and increased sound abatement. They also increase the overall rigidity of the frame. Galvanize steel reinforcing further adds to the rigidity and stability of the sliding sections.

Compression seals and double Fin seals make the Series 700 Patio Slider a very energy efficient patio slider. In fact the 700 door patio slider is one of the few patio sliding doors that are approved for use in R-2000 Homes.

Safe and Secure:

All our Series 700 Sliding Patio Doors come complete with a two positional foot lock. Double slotted heavy duty hardened steel is used so that when the foot lock pin is in place it stays in place. The foot lock is screwed through the vinyl outer layer into an aluminum inner reinforcing. “It's solid”.

Stylish and Functional:

Standard 1/2 Moon Handle is both stylish and functional. An optional double crimping Multi-Lock for added security is available upon request. The handle screws penetrate through the vinyl outer layer and through the aluminum reinforced inner layer for added strength and security.

Long Lasting and Easy Cleaning:

The sliding sash rolls on a raised Aluminum Track, leaving no difficult vinyl channels to clean. Our patio door comes with an exterior aluminum kick plate that also serves as the heavy duty screen track. The standard screen comes lockable and with optional Paw Proof TM screen mesh if you wish.

Ease of Operation:

Double sets of nylon wrapped, stainless steel ball bearing, Whisper Glide Wheels make this door system a pleasure to use. No more tugging or pulling. It's simply a one finger operation. Rollers are fully adjustable and easily replaceable if required.

Strong and Durable:

Aluminum Reinforcing adds to the strength and durability of the 700 Series Sliding Patio Door System. Both the horizontal and vertical main frame members of the fixed and operable sashes incorporate aluminum reinforcing.
